Cricket Club Summer Ball 2011

  500 Guests

This is one of our popular designs for the large fundraiser balls, a 12m wide clearspan is used as a dining and dancing marquee with an additional 9m clearspan adjoining as a drinks reception marquee.

  • The 9m marquee is extended through to create a kitchen area which is separated from the reception area by a false wall.

  • Off from the reception marquee there is a 3m wide x 6m walkway leading to a 6m x 6m pagoda.

  • Both small marquees have no walls and are used as a porch effect as extra reception area, and then can be used as shelter for smokers throughout the evening.

  • There are various bars dotted around the marquee to accommodate the large number of guests as well as being close by for the guest’s convenience.

  • A centralised dance floor becomes the focal point of the marquee and creates a symmetrical theme down the centre, this is also conveniently centrally position for all guests.

The reception area includes, various furniture such as poseur cocktail tables and sofas for relaxing. Overall this marquee design is a typical design for large events and provides both adequate space around the marquee whilst being reasonably cost effective.

To have both sides of your business working in tandem is a great asset. The feedback has been nothing but very complimentary, especially concerning the high standard of the catering.....similar events in the future you will be the first people we shall call on.
